At the Free, we value renewing wellbeing for all;
spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
The groups below are all designed as safe, supportive spaces where you can grow and flourish

Oasis Community Café

Oasis café is a place where individuals can relax, feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. Oasis is not only a building it is also activity, ideas and people. From coffee to meetings, kids clubs to art groups, Alpha courses to Café Style Church and much more!

Quiet Prayer Space
A room just off our Oasis Community Café, is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only from 10am-12noon*. It offers a calm and peaceful space to be still and pray. A box of Prayer resources and a self starter hobby table is provided for those who want them. There are colouring books and pencils, and a simple mosaic activity. Access is either via the Oasis Community Café or through the more discreet Office Reception entrance!

*on 2 occassions a month is not available for use as a renew space. Those are: Oasis Book Club 2nd Friday of the month and Breast Cancer Support Group 1st Thursday of the Month.

Oasis Renew in Oasis Community Café Wednesday 2pm-4pm
A wellbeing cafe with separate quiet and prayer space. We encourage people who are anxious or have other mental health concerns to come and bring their hobbies or just come and know that it’s OK not to be OK. Join in as much or as little as you want. Fresh coffee, or tea, cakes and fruit are available.

Dementia Café
Oasis Community Café 2nd & 4th Tuesday each month 2pm-3.30pm

A welcoming space for those living with dementia and their carers.
Run in partnership with Home Instead.

    The Step by Step walking group is run by Kay Carwell and usually meets once a month on Saturdays. Contact our church office who can provide details of the next walk.
